Where can I go to update my browser?
You may download Netscape Communicator 4.5 for free, from Dynamic's home page. It will take about 2 hours to download this 15MB file.

Make sure that you pick the software that is appropriate for your operating system. If
you are not sure which operating system is on your computer, feel free to call Dynamic Internet's Technical Support number at 553-6132, or send a fax/voice mail at 553-7028.
Where can I get help installing and setting up a browser on my computer?
If you prefer, Dynamic Internet will set up your computer and its new web browser for a $15 fee.
Bring in your computer to our office
during business hours. This
procedure normally takes half an hour or
less.
What is the Dynamic Internet Technical Support fax number?

This number is functional at all times. It is important to know that the
voice mail and fax machine use the same
number. The voice mail answering machine will
pick up while Dynamic Internet is
receiving a fax. This is NOT a sign of malfunction.
When the answering machine comes on while
you are sending us a fax, please do
nothing to interfere with the
transmission. This is normal operation.

I cannot log on because Dynamic does not recognize
my password. How do I get in?
First, check to see if the caps lock key has been activated.
The password verification at Dynamic is case
sensitive, so any capitalized letters may
result in a failed authentication.
