NT Dialer Setup

Step One

1. Login as administrator
2. Click on Dial-Up Networking
3. Click on My Computer
4. Place Windows NT CD in drive
5. Install (click)
   1. May ask for a path (d:/i386)

6. At this point NT should find your modem
   1. If not optionally click on:
      1. Modem
      2. Configure
      3. Dial Out Only

7. Click Continue
8. Restart NT

 

Step Two

1. Go to My Computer
2. Go to Dial Up Networking
3. NT will prompt you for a name
4. Enter "Dynamic Internet"
5. Click Next

 

Step Three

1. Click I am calling Internet
2. Click Next
3. Enter the phone number 553-2612
4. Click Next
5. Click Finish

 

Step Four

1. Make sure that TCP/IP installed

 

Step Five

1. Type in username
2. Type in password
3. Leave domain blank
